The U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has authorized a temporary general license to allow the orderly wrap-up of transactions with several individuals and entities designated under its Iran sanctions regime as of September 4.
The latest update targets three Turkish financial entities under Executive Order 13902. The designations focus on Golden Globe Investment Bank, headquartered in Istanbul’s Esentepe district, as well as its two Şişli-based affiliates: Golden Globe Portfolio Management and Golden Globe Asset Leasing.
