Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art in Doha is set to open “What Lingers in the Artist Mind: Experiments and Legacies of the Baghdad Modern Art Group” on October 25.
The exhibition will feature paintings, sculptures, photographs, drawings and archival materials, examining the history and enduring impact of the Baghdad Modern Art Group through 17 thematic sections spanning from the 1940s to the present day.
