Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council has reaffirmed its commitment to enforcing the law, safeguarding rights and freedoms, and ensuring that all individuals are treated equally under the law without discrimination.
The council said respect for the rule of law is essential to strengthening state institutions, promoting justice and equality, and protecting citizens’ rights. It also stressed that it will continue carrying out its constitutional responsibilities to reinforce public confidence in state institutions.
