Iraqi Oil Minister Bassem Mohammed Khudair underscored on Friday the importance of the partnership with British Petroleum (BP) to develop four oil fields in Kirkuk, saying the cooperation would reinforce international companies’ confidence in Iraq’s investment climate.
Khudair explained that joint efforts with the British company reflect the security and stability of Iraq’s investment environment and enhance the country’s ability to attract global firms to develop its oil sector and maximize the use of its resources.
