Starbucks is preparing to close around 250 additional stores across North America in the coming days, as part of its ongoing efforts to restructure its operations and reduce costs.
The closures mark the company’s second major round since Brian Niccol became chairman and CEO in 2024. Starbucks previously shut down 627 locations across North America and Europe in September, according to the company.
