State-owned SOMO is seeking over 446,000 metric tonnes of low-sulfur fuel oil to secure Iraq's domestic needs through the end of the year. According to tender documents, the supply schedule spans September to December at the port of Khor Al-Zubair, starting with an initial 40,000-tonne delivery set for no later than mid-September.
