At least 27 people were killed and 42 others injured after a Russian overnight airstrike targeted the Kyiv region, according to local authorities.
Kyiv Governor Timur Tkachenko said more than 380 residents were being evacuated from Bucha, one of the areas affected by the attack, as emergency crews continued their response operations
