Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani is scheduled to visit Sulaymaniyah on Thursday to take part in an economic summit set to be held on September 17 and 18.
Barzani is expected to deliver a speech during the summit, which will bring together economic figures and stakeholders to discuss key financial and investment issues.
The summit will address capital flows, investment and real estate, as well as ways to strengthen links between the banking sector, investment and industry. Discussions will also cover efforts to increase confidence in banks, address political and economic challenges between Erbil and Baghdad, and strengthen the role of the private sector.
