Medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported that four Palestinians, including three children, were killed in Israeli airstrikes and shelling targeting areas across the enclave on Tuesday.
Witnesses said Israeli warplanes carried out more than 12 strikes near the al-Katiba area west of Gaza City, where large numbers of displaced families are sheltering.
Medics reported that the bombardment killed two children and a woman and wounded several others. Two vehicles were also directly hit in the strikes and completely destroyed.
