The US dollar continued to gain against the Iraqi dinar on Tuesday, with exchange rates rising in Baghdad and Erbil compared with morning levels.
The dollar reached IQD 163,000 per $100 at Baghdad’s Kifah and Harithiya exchanges, up from IQD 159,800 recorded in the morning.
Exchange offices in Baghdad quoted the dollar at IQD 163,500 for selling and IQD 162,500 for buying per $100.
In Erbil, the dollar selling rate stood at IQD 162,850 per $100, while the buying rate reached IQD 162,750
