Exchange rates for the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar saw a slight rise in Baghdad and Erbil by the close of evening trading on Saturday, with the rate for $100 settling near the 157,000-dinar mark.


In Baghdad, the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges closed at 157,300 dinars per $100, up from 157,250 dinars during the morning session.


Meanwhile, exchange rates in Baghdad's local markets remained stable at 157,750 dinars for selling and 156,750 dinars for buying per $100.


In Erbil, the dollar also recorded a slight increase; the selling rate for $100 reached 157,550 dinars, while the buying rate stood at 157,500 dinars.
