The Communications and Media Commission announced the completion of its comprehensive technical plan to accommodate millions of pilgrims during the Arbaeen pilgrimage. The Commission confirmed the readiness of mobile networks following the successful proactive maintenance of 714 communication towers. The infrastructure enhancement plan included adding new mobile and fixed stations, increasing radio capacities, expanding towers, and integrating new frequencies, microwave links, and optical fibers. Preparations also involved doubling field teams to ensure round-the-clock stability of communications and data traffic.
