An informed source said on Saturday that Al-Rafidain Bank has started processing applications submitted by beneficiaries contracted to purchase housing units in Bismayah City, following an agreement with the National Investment Authority to resolve the project’s outstanding loan arrangements.
The source said the bank’s branches have begun receiving applications from eligible beneficiaries as preparations continue to complete the requirements for financing the purchase of housing units in Bismayah.
Work is also underway to finalize procedures related to loans and property deeds for those registered in the project, in an effort to accelerate transactions and allow beneficiaries to complete the required legal and banking procedures.
The source noted that the move follows coordination between the National Investment Authority and Al-Rafidain Bank to address the loan file for Bismayah apartment beneficiaries and process their applications in line with the applicable regulations.
